Fraud notice – Misuse of Apera Asset Management GmbH Name by Unaffiliated Persons

Apera Asset Management GmbH has become aware of a recent scheme involving a group on the WhatsApp messaging platform, in which persons falsely representing themselves as representatives of Apera Asset Management lure individuals into investing in financial instruments. This group is not affiliated with Apera Asset Management GmbH in any capacity.

When communicating with Apera, please note that:

  • Apera Asset Management GmbH does not provide investment advice or any other investment service to retail customers.
  • Apera Asset Management GmbH does not provide investment advice or any other investment service via WhatsApp or via social media.
  • Apera Asset Management GmbH does not operate any group messaging platforms (including but not limited to WhatsApp group chats) for the purpose of providing investment advice or any other investment service.
  • Apera Asset Management GmbH does not send unsolicited messages or emails to individuals.
