Apera Asset Management (“Apera”), a pan-European private debt investor in the midmarket space, is pleased to announce that it has arranged debt facilities to support concurrently Activa Capital’s investment in Rhétorès Finance, a French fast-growing financial advisor, and the acquisition of the wealth management firm Cap Fidelis.
Founded in 2011 in Paris, Rhétorès Finance is a French financial advisor providing bespoke investment solutions to an affluent client base. The company has experienced strong growth on the back of its sophisticated wealth management services and the diversification of its investment solutions which include private equity products.
Founded in 1992 in Lille, Cap Fidelis is a leading wealth management firm in northern France. The company grew organically since its foundation with a diverse customer base comprising business owners and families.
