London, 16th April 2020. Apera Asset Management ("Apera"), a pan-European mid-market private debt investor, today announces that it has entered into an agreement to provide term debt facilities in support of Bridgepoint Capital's minority acquisition of Reassured.
Reassured is one of the UK’s largest life insurance brokers, specializing in the life insurance sector. The transaction will allow Reassured to continue to lead the growth of its sector, invest in technology to improve its scalability and optimize efficiency, as well as the future development of new products.
